Joe Kadenge – The Life of a Football Legend

This is the stuff of a legend; a real tour de force, brilliant and uncompromising, told in simple conversational style that feels like listening to a great storyteller. This is a story that will capture the attention of all Kenyans. It’s part birthday card, part and engrossing portrait to a legendary footballer. The story spans decades – from a crotchety start to the incising portrait of a great man of our times.

The book pays tribute to other footballers as well, including James Siang’a, John Nyamwanga, Bernard Ajode, Stephen Ochieng, Ahmed Breik, Omar Nassir, Tony Lidonde, Edward Kedogo, David Muraya, Dennis Obua, Reuben Osoro, Jamin Mwanzi, Austin Oduor and John Lukoye.

Foreword by Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga – Former Prime Minister of Kenya and a football aficionado.
