Wings of Kenya

This splendid photographic book captures the beauty and diversity of Kenyan birds from the worlds biggest Ostrich, flocks of flamingos among other birds.

The book is the successful effort of the three authors Lorenzo Barelli, Jacques Pitteloud and Samuel Mugo who dedicated time to explore over 400 species of birds in Kenya.

True’ twitchers’ will understand the intensity of some of the moments captured in our pictures; discovering a juvenile Pel’s fishing owl in Meru[where no proof of nesting existing so far],waiting for hours for Hindes babbler to emerge from the underbush only for him to disappear again.
